Full System and Service
UNISIG Deep Hole Drilling Systems are engineered from the ground up- everything from the foundation, to the machine, to durable tooling and accessories, to control programming, to installation and training. This eases the buying process, reduces overall cost, and creates a system with all components functioning together for maximum efficiency. UNISIG incorporates European components as standard parts, including SKF, INA, FAG, Rexroth, Parker, Wittenstein, ZF, Rohm, Schunk, and Heidenhaim, as well as metric hardware, for the high performance end product that companies have come to expect from deep hole drilling systems.
UNISIG installs machines on site, including highly detailed laser measurement and alignment. Machines include training both in our facility and on-site, and follow up service is available if it is ever needed. Machines are up and running globally, and both machines and technicians are equipped for international standards.
